I had Cisco’s Roofing install a new GAF HD cooling roof at my house on October 2025. Javier was wonderful to interact with during the process. He was very thorough with the information he provided me about the different material options, warranty coverage, and answered all my questions. I even had some additional attic vents installed at a later time (due to poor attic air flow) and they came back and installed them at no charge. Let's be honest - nobody ever wants to hear that they need a new roof for their house. That being said, I would highly recommend Cisco's Roofing if you find yourself in this situation. At every stage of the process, they were responsive, professional, and communicative. The price was fair, and they were also proactive about adjusting to potential rain in the forecast on the original install date, which I appreciated.
