Such a messy and unorganized place. I dropped off my car at 7:30am (with an appointment and gave my keys with a guy that works there), expecting my car to be done by midday max and I received a call at 10am saying that Cisco is not there and won’t be able to work on the car. He ended up working at the car after at midday. We had to come back because the alignment was not fixed AT ALL. He tried it and said it is fixed and that he won’t do nothing about. I’m never going back. Such a waste of money and time.
The owner of this establishment is engaging in highly unethical practices by purchasing used parts from eBay and then selling them to unsuspecting customers as if they were brand new. Not only is this misleading, but it also means you’re paying full price for used parts, often with no manufacturer warranty. This is my shop, the owners are nice. It's cool to see a couple working together providing a great experience and helping people with their car issues. They both give off the vibe they are trying to help without stealing all your money. Pros: Give a sense of honesty, trying to help with price, good prices and provide options/alternatives. Good customer service and share timelines. Cons: Sometimes if their not there, no one there can speak English but learn Spanish folks!
