Had another great experience at Cisco Fishing Systems this week. I needed to get some service done on my down rigger that I bought from them 5 years ago. Took a ride over to Cleveland and met with David. He completely upgraded it with all the latest and greatest in about an hour. The price was very reasonable and when I left he handed me a couple of real nice hats and T-shirts. I have been in the service business for 40 years and he surpassed my expectations. Thank You Cisco!!
Thank you Dave and Crew at Cisco for that great customer service you have. I took my two year old rod holder system into the plant today. I had them down in the SALT all winter. They reworked them to like new condition at NO Charge. I also bought a new set of planer reels and the quality is superb. Thanks again Dave.
Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service that Cisco has given me so far. The ordering process was so easy . Every question I had was answered cheerfully , which is huge for me. Once I purchased my items I realized I needed some slight modifications done and Cisco happily told me to send them back and they would take care of it free of charge! Customer service has been great and quality of product is awesome! I think you may have just earned another lifetime customer! Thanks Cisco!

Well....this solves my Cannon rod holder problem :-) center screw on the Cannon ones kept coming loose....so away they go! I just can not endorse the Cannon Dual Axis Rod Holders anymore....sadly 6 x Cisco hand made CNC machined rod holders!!! The best on the market hands down!!! A BIG shout out to Joscelyn at Angling Outfitters in Woodstock for the amazing gear!
Hate to say it it will be your last rod system you ever buy.
