Fantastic staff and group classes as well as complimentary towels! As of June 2022, there are expanded hours now Monday through Friday from 6am to 8pm. No weekend hours at this time There has been some recent equipment added to the gym most notably being new squat racks so minimal to no wait if looking to get a rack. Group classes are starting to ramp back up as well as fun challenges for the competitive gym goers! If you are a regular at the RTP office or nearby, definitely check them out for getting your workout in!
