Zero Flexibility or Care This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I have had countless issues with their Brandon location, and while it's slightly less terrible with a new manager, the overall corporate policy is clearly to ignore and inconvenience customers at every turn. This is a frustrating place to shop now. I'm not sure if ownership or management has changed, but the new employees at the desk seem untrained in business operations. Today was the last day I sent one of my trucks to attempt to make a purchase from this store. I intended to order over $1,000 worth of products, but when I called to place the order for pickup today, they told me to send an email instead. I've never experienced anything like that at a supplier store before.
