Update: after contacting the owner, the issue was resolved in less than a day! Amazing! Thank you guys, I believe it was a serious miscommunication in the first place. Original: Zero responsibility for damage you guys made. Several months my neighbor (this is his fence made by you) is asking you to fix what you damaged on my backyard.
I love my fence and the team that takes cares of it. I have had it for 10 years and I really stain every 3 years because of the quality of the fence. This week I had yet another good experience when the folks who painted my fence covered the Cisco sign with paint. I texted the guys and they had a new sign up within 2 hours! I have installed sliding fence through this company 5 years back. The craftsmanship and the machine quality is very high. We did not have any issue with the driveway motor even after 5 yra. Post purchase support is also amazing and they take care of their customers.. highly recommend.
I can drive through my neighborhood and other areas of Frisco and guess which fences are Cisco. Their workmanship excels. I’d give 5 stars if not for a couple of project delays. Max came through with great customer service, and the team completed the project to our satisfaction. I’ll always have Cisco build and repair fences for us - as long as their pricing stays somewhat competitive - and I’ll recommend them to anyone who wants to have a new fence built.
I thought I would share my experience with Cisco Fencing on the work they did to replace my aging residential fence. I had several quotes for the work, and I will say that Cisco was not the cheapest, but the quality of their work was much higher than other options. In particular, I wanted less spacing between the posts (5 feet), as my existing fence failed due to high wind more than once before (other vendors had 8 foot spacing).
