Cisco is a great credit vendor, 5/5. But... your cutbacks in staffing, your removal of live chat and changeover to a ticketing system (Zendesk style )that takes hours to get a response brought down your service levels considerably. Also, your little junk fees that you add to every transaction have gotten ridiculous. Just put it all into your credit bureau pricing, nobody wants to see a list of 5 fees for 1 credit report. Just make it all one charge, this is business and sales 101 stuff, and you guys are not picking up on... read more
Customer/tech service is very knowledgeable and every time Ive had a fast and easy experience.

Cisco Credit is excellent! Always great customer service that's quick, responsive, and thorough. A misconception is that Cisco pulls consumer's credit reports... they do NOT. Lenders use their services to pull your credit.
Cisco credit is great but working with Chuck Fenton is even greater! He always goes above and beyond on anything I need. Definitely recommend cisco, but also Chuck.
