Renee was new but she went over all of my medications one by one. Ashley was training her. Wonderful visit.
I was seeing Dr. Vazquez and while he was pleasant enough, his staff leaves much to be desired. I have yet to speak to someone from his office or receive a call back from his office in the last 3 years. This sounds like an exaggeration but it's not. It started with trying to get a prescription adjustment and I was ghosted constantly. I would receive texts or emails about scheduling appointments, but whenever I called to schedule, no one ever answered and voicemails were left unreturned.
