Buyers and sellers beware. One of the most dishonest people I've ever known is associated with this brokerage. I recently agreed to purchase Samuel "Bo" Forrest's home in Roland Park. He was the seller and listing agent. We'd agreed to terms regarding timing, purchase price, a lease back arrangement, etc. He spoke multiple times with my lawyer, burning legal time and running up fees.
