Best salon in Charlotte – Borealis is the best salon I have been to in Charlotte. I have never had a better haircut than the one I recieved there from the owner, Aurora. I went there for my "locks of love" haircut. For those of you who are unfamiliar, this is where you donate 10 or more inches of your hair to a non-profit organization that gives children who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy and other diseases human hair wigs for free.
