Was visiting my friend and was only parked for less then 24 hours and the hoa president gave me a warning paper and skipped all the way to the 3rd warning and said if my car is here tomorrow it will be towed…. No actual warning. No first or second warning… Just straight to the bad stuff. How is family or friends supposed to visit people here ?
Without my knowledge, property from my unit was disposed of. I experienced ineffective communication, less than desirable professionalism, and overall disrespect to myself, personally, as well as my property. If your tenant nor your unit ever have needs, then administrative task completion may suffice, but I wanted a property manager to treat my unit with care and make my life easier. I got neither and paid the price.
