As a Realtor for 25 years, I've worked with many HOA's. Without one doubt, Julianne LeBaron/Cirrus Properties is the best I've worked with in 5 years. Responsive via email or phone! With Cirrus, I had direct website docs access saving literally hours of phone tag I have had to do with other PM Companies. Cirrus has successfully combined that important personal contact with ease of documents access. Loved it.
Cirrus has been a fabulous partner for our HOA. They're quick, responsive, and willing to help anytime something comes up with our community. I know I can trust their expertise and advice when it comes to making important financial decisions, as well. Highly recommend working with them.

This is the worst property management company I've ever had the displeasure of contacting. John is EXTREMELY unprofessional, and rude. If he doesn't want to deal with a question/ concern from me, he just doesn't answer my emails or calls anymore. He is at the Beck and call of the crazy HOA President. Whatever they say, goes. Extremely disappointed with the management of our Somerset Place property. Funds are consistently overspent on non-essential projects, while necessary maintenance is delayed or ignored. As a result, HOA fees continue to rise with little justification. When I moved in, the monthly fee was around $230. We were later told there would be a temporary “special assessment” — yet that fee never went away. It’s now up to $400, and we’re repeatedly told it's due to “inflation,” when the real issue appears to be poor financial planning... read more
