I would like to give this a zero star review. John Green has mentioned in all the other reviews, is so very unprofessional! My daughter and her roommate were without heat or AC for over six months in their unit(Nov-May). He had the audacity to say that it was never mentioned to him. After providing proof of text messages to him, he said that he doesn’t even remember receiving them. Do yourself a favor, don’t contract them for property management. You’ll be sorry.
I would also give cirrus properties a 0. John Green is absolutely terrible to deal with. There lack of response to any communication is concerning. He doesn't want to be held accountable for anything, by refusing to communicate in writing. I've had to file multiple BBB complaints.
I also would give Cirrus zero stars if it was possible. They took over about 4 years ago and it's obvious they are in it for the money. The landscaping at our property is a joke and an embarrassment. It consists of weeds and dead grass. In the winter we are lucky if we get plowed and sure they come around and shovel, 2 days after it has snowed. I have had shingles falling off for FOUR years. I put in a maintenance request about every 6 months and it's totally ignored. Our fees went from $220 to $400 since Cirrus took over. T... read more
If I could give Cirrus Properties 0 stars I would. John Green is the WORST property manager I’ve ever experienced in an HOA community. Like others have mentioned, John is condescending, incompetent, and non-communicative. He showed up to an Annual Meeting with inaccurate financials and that was the tipping point for our community to find a different property management company after 20+ years of dealing with his business. I would advise not purchasing a home that is managed by Cirrus - your life will not be any easier.
