I would also give cirrus properties a 0. John Green is absolutely terrible to deal with. There lack of response to any communication is concerning. He doesn't want to be held accountable for anything, by refusing to communicate in writing. I've had to file multiple BBB complaints.
I also would give Cirrus zero stars if it was possible. They took over about 4 years ago and it's obvious they are in it for the money. The landscaping at our property is a joke and an embarrassment. It consists of weeds and dead grass. In the winter we are lucky if we get plowed and sure they come around and shovel, 2 days after it has snowed. I have had shingles falling off for FOUR years. If I could give Cirrus Properties 0 stars I would. John Green is the WORST property manager I’ve ever experienced in an HOA community. Like others have mentioned, John is condescending, incompetent, and non-communicative. He showed up to an Annual Meeting with inaccurate financials and that was the tipping point for our community to find a different property management company after 20+ years of dealing with his business. I would advise not purchasing a home that is managed by Cirrus - your life will not be any easier.
I’ve lived in a Cirrus Properties-managed building in SLC for 3+ years. I can/would not recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company to manage their property or HOA. I have several complaints, but my biggest reason for the 1-star review is the rude and unprofessional way the manager assigned to my building - John - speaks to me, other owners, and other personnel doing business with owners in the building (2 service personnel I’ve hired have had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to John and they both relayed... read more
