Well this is for Joel Heifferon. I've only been with Cirrus for less than a year and have had 2 recruter's. That's because my 1st one when on to different things. So the 2nd one is Joel. He's a great guy who tries to get what he can out of a contract. I've only known'em for like less than 3 mths. but he seems to know his job. So that's alright by me. Good job Bruh!!!!!

I have been with Cirrus Medical since 2007 with three 1-year jobs either at a facility or another agency during that period.. Have been with Brett Lazansky for nearly five years now. I have been offered more by smaller and/or larger agencies, and have worked with traveler's that were making $200-$300 more per week than I. I have been working with Lauren Vause and Cirrus for over 4 years now. Lauren has gone above and beyond to help us ( I travel with my husband who is also a nurse) locate great jobs together. She has always had our back, looked out for us through a lot of situations ( family emergencies) and been there as a friend to us. Cirrus has stood behind us and done a great job providing good pay and benefits.
This is my first travel assignment ever and Lauren Vause made the entire process so easy. I had an assignment less than a week after signing up for Cirrus--and that was super impressive to me. Lauren is so kind and does so much. She checks in to make sure everything is going well, is always available for questions and takes care of everything! I cannot say enough great things about Lauren or thank her enough! I'll be sending everyone I know that is interested in travel nursing to Lauren and Cirrus!

If you learn anything while traveling its to value an excellent recruiter. If you have one, stick with them. I first started traveling in 1995 and have worked with several agencies over the years. I travel with Cirrus because of my nurse recruiter Heather Fortman. Despite my initial skepticism, she has proven herself contract after contract.
