The outcome of our lease negotiations was much better than we had hoped, and their expertise in reading over the old lease and advising us on the pitfalls in it and what needed to be removed or adjusted was priceless. Exceptional service. Scott went above and beyond for my lease negotiations and secured me more than I had anticipated within a very strict timeframe. If you are ever in the market to renegotiate your lease agreement, make sure you ask for Scott Goldberg. He is phenomenal, timely and extremely knowledgeable/experienced in this game.
