I live at The Trails of Walnut Creek and last night I saw the maintenance man vandalize my car with my own eyes. I saw him kneeled down by my car, poking a hole in my tire. All because I reached out to this apartment’s horrible management company, Cirrus Management, about the half ass repairs that they do. THE WORST MANAGMENT COMPANY EVER THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! ERIKA & EMILY WHO ARE THE REGIONAL MANAGERS OF TEXAS CLAIM THEY DONT HAVE BOSSSES AND SONT HANDLE TENANT ISSUES. THE WAY THEY SPOKE TO ME WAS RIDICULOUSS. AND NOTHING WAS SOLVES ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY.
