beautiful property but could not help but notice the roaches while visiting. although hard to see/ rare. they are very much present! Rent is capped not sure what kind of arrangement this building has going on but its very affordable and the apartments are gorgeous, thick walls bot easy to hear through. code used to open doors instead of key. weed smells through the building, just hallway. Roaches are just a no go for me🥲
I am deeply disappointed with the behavior of Keisha, the property manager at our building. Few days ago, she banged on my door while my children were sleeping and proceeded to use profane language in front of them. This was extremely distressing and unprofessional. The reason for her outburst was that we had utilized the party room the night before, a space that is included in the building amenities. "T Johnson" is LYING! Center West, besides beautifully modernized, Center West is an Amazing apartment Living experience! And right in the MidTown of the Poppleton Neighborhood of West Baltimore!
This is by far one of the worse properties! The kids pull the fire alarm every night, the elevators smell like tribe from dogs just peeing and the owner does not care about his building or the people living in this building! Do not move here oh and die I forget about the mice? Please don’t move here
