I came here for CrossFit and the coaching and facilities are 10/10. The coaches are incredibly thorough, friendly, and obviously care about the success and goals of their members. Coach Steve appreciates thought provoking questions and vegetable themed music which I really appreciated.

Cirque Athletics offers high quality aerial arts training from some amazing coaches. They have experience with many apparatus, and they cover athleticism, flexibility, and technique. They also have a robust CrossFit program that fits very well with their Cirque training.
I’ve had an amazing experience at Cirque Athletics CrossFit side of the gym. I started back in April all I can say, I am glad I made the switch.The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about proper form and individual progress (a big win for me).
