What stands out most about this place is the coaches. Miix is incredibly attentive to our individual goals, and I always leave his classes feeling accomplished. I’ve made so much progress with his personalized plans, which go beyond the standard class structure. I’ve also been training with Abigail in Adult Intro for the past year, and she is exceptionally kind, patient, and encouraging. Adore this gym! Just started aerial silks here as a new mom — the coaches are experienced, approachable, and so sweet with my 6-month-old little guy! The space is fully padded with lots of room for the babies to crawl about when moms are working on their skills. I’ve already regained so much strength and flexibility a month in!

My daughter loves her class and learned a bunch of cool tricks on each apparatus. Great teachers!
Love this place! My granddaughter has made great gains in her flexibility and gymnastic skills and loves it so much! The coaches are wonderful and very experienced, we really appreciate Cirque ability and will be continuing taking classes for as long as they’ll have us!
