Cirque-Ability is where I fell in love with aerial silks back in 2021. I came here as an adult: a complete beginner with no athletic ability, poor coordination, limited flexibility and little strength. The coaches are knowledgeable and helped adapt the exercises to match my abilities until I built sufficient strength and balance to perform some cool skills on the silks safely.
