Purchased a carne guisada plate and this is what i got. Worst plate i have ever received. So disappointed. I did not expect for my plate to come individually packed, rolled up in foil and cold. I got served soup, not carne guisada. Called to speak with someone to return my food but apparently there was no manager on site.
Ciros, is an absolute game changer!!! sopa de mariscos is a must every time!!! Fajitas are phenomenal. severs and bartenders are always top notch!!! I haven't been down to visit in years, but everyone's always friendly and the food is my favorite in the RGV!!!
Food was good. Had problem with bill bit they fixed it. Service good.
The last time I order a botana from here. I called around 6:45. The lady told me that I need to pay for it first before making it.. I got there around 7:10 to pay for it. Then the lady told me that it was going to be around 20. I left and got back around 7:35pm and nothing yet she told they were working on it. It 8:32 so they killing the cow. Or what the deal. I ordered it from somewhere else. Never again.
