Useless and rude staff. The receptionist told my mother that “she didn’t have time” to send over a referral that my mom needed, like isn’t that her job? just horrible
Dr. Cerrato's staff are absolutely horrible. They have absolutely NO idea how to treat patients. They are very rude and treat the patients as though they're below them. I should have sued them for malpractice when I had the chance!
