I am very satisfied with my doctor and his staff. They are very professional, compassionate and concerned about the well being of their patients. They are very thorough.
If I could rate him no stars I would extremely disappointed in DR. Randazzo’s service. My mother was taking to the ER because she was experiencing vertigo. A MRI was completed and she was discharged. Dr Randazzo didn’t even have the decency to discussed the results of the MRI while she was in the hospital. The diagnose was serious. I feel like he lacks the humanity and compassion I expect anyone in the medical field to possess. Wonderful experience with IGEA. Dr. Randazzo is a wonderful surgeon and his staff was always helpful and kind. The neurosurgeon team ensured that my husband had a smooth prep, surgery and follow -up. I am so glad I chose Dr. Randazzo as the surgeon for my husband.
The Doctor and his assistants are very professional, friendly and, above all, very explicit. I am very grateful for everything they did for me throughout the process of my health problem.
