Great old school pizza joint
Not sure if the pizza is good. It’s been over an hour since we ordered. And no sign of the pizza. When I asked, I got yelled at and told “That was an estimate!” And a lot of other excuses. If you go, plan on staying a while. And have a backup dinner plan.
We used to go here when I went to OSU back in the 80s. We met here recently with my in-laws during a trip back to Corvallis. I'm not sure what we were expecting after so many years, but the food and service was nothing special on this visit. The kitchen staff were very rude to me and embarrassed me in front of my whole family! I was bussing my own table and had my hands full trying to separate dishes and trash. I travel all over the west for work and try pizza places in all of the places I go. This is truly a great pizza! Amazing crust and delicious cheese and sausage. I would definitely go back.
Had the Cirello's Special...was delicious.
