Run, run as fast as you can, they are telling you over and over that if you have ANY problems call back and we fix it for you. This company sold a car, they gave us the plates, and it showed that they didn't wanna pay taxes for it, because the old owner had birthday in May, so they gave us old plates with old tags and we got pulled over by the police. Horrible! Bought a vehicle from them noticed that it had a few issues on the test drive. "No problem. Bring it back and we will take care of them". Several months of attempting to get ahold of the mechanic (always unavailable ) to discuss the issues of broken transmission mount and failed water pump (internal) resulted in "well you are out of warranty period. I had a great experience with this car lot. Maybe they've gotten better compared to the other reviews. My salesman was Steve, Bruce also came in to help with payments. Steve was very helpful in helping me get a vehicle that I liked. Id recommend them to everyone and I will be back to get another one.
Worked great with me while I looked for and eventually bought a vehicle. However, within days the vehicle exhibited serious problems. The salesman said to simply bring it in, but every time I tried, their mechanics were unavailable. This went on for months. Finally took it in, they said it was fixed, it wasn't. Turned out to be a VERY expensive problem that had to be repiared by someone else. Called them repeatedly to see if they would cover some of the cost or at least work with me.
