Dr Kanu is calm, straightforward and knows what he is doing. He did a great job with the circumcision on our 8 day old son. We were out of there within 45 minutes with minimal pain for our baby. The recovery took about 4 days, with the first 24 hours being the hardest. The gentle procedures website has some recovery FAQs that were useful beyond the aftercare instructions given at the office.
