Grateful for the awesome receptionists, techs and doctors.
My grandma was in for an echo and stress test, she doesn’t speak English and was really nervous about the whole experience, but the compassion the team showed her was very noticeable. They were genuinely helping her feel comfortable and supported, which completely made her experience and made the visit so much better. Everyone was incredibly sweet and caring throughout. It was clear that they care about their patients and their families. I’m so grateful for how they treated my grandma.
My mom recently had an in-person appointment with doctor. I went with my mom as she is not fluent in English and could help her explain the issues she's been having. I came to a realization that this doctor is a complete clown, buffoon, and a joke. He highly has God complex. He would not listen to you properly, was throwing around fancy terminology and when I explained to him the condition in simple terms, he decided to very arrogantly just say the medical terminology of the condition and not bother explaining what he means.... read more
