Our heater wasn’t working properly and kept shutting down, so I called Circular Air and scheduled a service appointment. Two technicians came out and spent over an hour running multiple diagnostics and making several adjustments. They discovered that the main issue was the gas pressure inlet from the city, which was set above the manufacturer’s recommended level. I had called another company to look at my a/c compressor, and they tried to up sell me on several thousand dollars worth of additional equipment. Stating "we can't replace the compressor without replacing all of the recommended additional equipment". Circular came out and not only replaced my compressor, but found out it was still under factory warranty, something the other guys didn't notice at all. These guys are A+. Great communication, professional business interaction, and quality work. I purchased a new ac unit for the bottom floor of my home (which was installed, and works perfectly). I found these guys to be great to work with, especially if you value being able to ask questions while interacting with professionals that are willing to explain in depth and clue you in along the way. Fantastic work. I would definitely hire them again.
