Craig and the team at Circular AC have been great to work with from start to finish. They’re reliable, communicate clearly, and follow through on what they say, which is rare. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing things right. On top of that, Craig is a stand up guy and someone I trust, at this point I’d honestly consider him a friend. Craig, Tyler and Liam are the real deal. They do excellent work and prices are very reasonable. They installed 3 returns and swapped out the txv valve and the ac is working like a dream! If you are looking for a honest and skilled company, look no further. Highly recommend.
Our heater wasn’t working properly and kept shutting down, so I called Circular Air and scheduled a service appointment. Two technicians came out and spent over an hour running multiple diagnostics and making several adjustments. They discovered that the main issue was the gas pressure inlet from the city, which was set above the manufacturer’s recommended level. I had called another company to look at my a/c compressor, and they tried to up sell me on several thousand dollars worth of additional equipment. Stating "we can't replace the compressor without replacing all of the recommended additional equipment". Circular came out and not only replaced my compressor, but found out it was still under factory warranty, something the other guys didn't notice at all.
