Been running long distances for years but was never a gym guy. now that my running days are in rear window, needed some level of cardio and strength training to age gracefully. That is where CircuitFit comes handy - with my busy schedule, a well developed 30 mins regiment couple of times a week help me stay in a relatively good shape and get all the cardio I need. Highly recommended.

CircuitFit is a hidden gem in the Yonge & Eglinton area of Toronto. It's a small gym that you'd probably never notice if you walked by, but inside is one of the best gyms you can join. The main offering of the gym is their "circuit", which is a set of 15 stations that you move between to get a complete workout.
