The staff at the Circuit Spa is knowledgeable & helpful. It is a one of kind spa and truly remarkable. I went from a size 6 to a size 2. If you do the ciruit consistently, the way it is advised, you will lose inches and pounds. Yes ladies, this is possible at the Circuit Spa. I am 39 and didn't think it possible, but it is.
