I went with my husband and the owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. He showed us around and the gym was well kitted out and extremely clean. The refreshing towels was an awesome touch I really enjoyed. They even have a recovery section.
I love the ideas of the red and green lights changing from traditional gyms I have been too. The environment is super welcoming and the people are kind and courteous when you are working out. As well as great personal trainers. Better then most I have been with or seen. 10/10 would recommend going
