We bought our solar system from this company a year ago. Now, we appear to have a a rattling panel. It's been impossible to speak with an actual human, and voice/email messages go unanswered. This company is NOT a solar system installer. Once they have the customer's money, they order the hardware. It's delivered to the site by a trucker, and a local electrician installs the system.
