Great website for breakers. They had exactly what we needed. I was able to speak with a rep who was able to get me exactly what I needed. Shipping was free and fast!
Customer service was abysmal, I was calling looking for a breaker to fit an old ITE switchboard and the guy was very rude, I tried giving him specs for the breaker and he kept saying I needed to email him pictures of the breaker I wanted… obviously I don’t have a the breaker I want, so how would I get a picture of it? I told him I had all the specs if I could just tell him over the phone, he said he wouldn’t help me unless I sent him a picture?? Guy was Indian so maybe they have an outsourced call center, idk but he was not ... read more
