My recent visit to Circo in Omaha left much to be desired. Despite having enjoyed the food on previous occasions, this time was a letdown. The beef carpaccio flatbread arrived with a cold cauliflower crust, and despite requesting it to be heated, the issue was not resolved adequately. Our salads were also disappointing, lacking key ingredients as described on the menu. Went with my wife and sat at the bar. Food was awesome and service was outstanding! Will be back with friends.
Had the ribeye steak. $39.99, 1/2", grisly piece of cheap meat. Could only eat half of it. This place will be closed by spring.
A visit from the owner is always appreciated, loved his story and genuineness plus the food is outstanding
