Historically I have enjoyed eating at Circo in Bellagio. There is something about it that always seems extra scrubbed and immaculate. The setting is lovely, overlooking the Bellagio fountains. Unfortunately, it has really gone downhill. That isn?t to say the food is terrible; it just is not up to the price tag, or comparable to other great Italian restaurants in Las Vegas. They used to have a duck pasta to die, but it is no longer on the menu. No problem. But when asked why, the waitress said that it is a heavy dish and they... read more

get what you pay for – Circo is a great place but you'll spend the money for it. The food is very good, especially the meat dishes. The view is beautiful which looks over the bellagio fountain. The service does not match the restaurant's quality characteristics. Everyone from the hostess to the manager was somewhat cold and uninviting. We spent a lot of money and still entcountered this, so who knows why this is the case. We were there for the food and ambiance, so the service aspect didn't bother us, but this is an importan... read more

The Bellagio's "circus house" is one of the best Italian restaurants in Las Vegas. – In Short Shades of red and gold cover this dreamy, circus-themed dining room. Large windows look out onto the Bellagio fountains, making it a perfect spot for a romantic meal. The menu includes a rich 30-vegetable Tuscan soup, pastas or risottos with nary a tomato and a simple sauteed chicken breast in a lemon-and-capers sauce. Lamb is lightly treated with just the right touch of Chianti. Exquisite bomboloni (fresh doughnuts stuffed with cre... read more

left me broke and dissapointed – the decor was nice and exciting...wish the food was too but was not at all. my fiance ordered a steak and he was fine with it, until i tried to steal all the food from his plate! my meal was ridiculous. from the way the menu described my dish (shrimp and pasta), it sounded really delicious BUT, when they brought it out, it was dissapointing. looked like some kid made tiny little pasta, drizzled with olive oil, with BABY boiled shrimp. they could of at least got me some nice BIG shrimp and put... read more

Mrs. Janet Heath – This was a total disappointment after reading reviews and expecting a wonderful meal. Their dishes have a wonderful presentation but lack flavor in every aspect. We were seated next to a couple that agreed. The wait staff is o.k. and just that. I do not suggest this restraunt if you put a lot of value on your taste buds.

Surreally Expensive – Circo is among the usually chic but overpriced fine dining restaurants that populate the Bellagio. The playful circus-monkeys highwire theme is wonderful but the food and service were not up to par with the decor.

Excellent Food - Request Ignored – The food was amazing and the service superb. My only complaint is that I made reseravations months in advance, specifically requesting a table by the window (as it was a very special occasion - not to mention we flew in from Boston!!!). I reconfirmed the window seat prior to our trip and did so the week we checked into the hotel. The night of dinner we opted to wait 20 minutes for a window seat, only to be disappointed with a tiny table placed by the wall about 20 feet from the window. Fami... read more

Simply the Best! – We go there everytime we are in town. This is by far the best restaurant in LAS VEGAS. Food, service, presentation and ambiance are exellent. Their manager Mr. Granata is working at Le Cirqe now, but stll comes to say hello to us when we dine there. Ask to be seated in the area where Mark works. If you ask me he is The Best waiter. Go there and you will come back again and again.

Perfect! – The food and service were outstanding; however, to have the PERFECT dining experience, you must request a window table. There simply is nothing to compare to the view of the Bellagio fountains with Paris in the backgound as you are surrounded by a warm, inviting atmosphere and great food. We'll definitely return. FYI....try the ravioli.
