My wife and I have been foster parents for just over 4 years. Circles of Care is the only agency we have worked with. The licensing process was easy and efficient. The case manger ensured contact at least a couple of times a week to keep the process going. The required trainings were reasonable and prepared us to be foster parents. Our demanding schedules were met without conflict. We love the direct contact we have with the Houston office, partIcularly our case manager and the branch director.
