I had an ultrasound done on April 24, 2025, and followed up with a phone call last week to confirm that my report had been sent to my doctor. Today, I went to my appointment, only to find out once again that the doctor never received the results. Just a horrible place to go and will never go there again!! I had nodules in my thyroid and went every two years like told. Two years just when my Dr was retiring he said last report said they dont want me coming anymore cause nothing has changed. Well my whole life could of changed when this fall my new Dr sent me and results came back as suspicious . I had half my thyroid removed and pray to God it was not cancer. I am waiting for reports it’s been over a week and 5 business days. Whenever I call they say one more day. Omg! This is so inconvenient. I will never go there. Even last time my doctor didn’t received any reports. Truly Unprofessional

I made an appointment before reading the reviews. I went anyway because I felt they deserved a chance. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Very kind during the scan. I was told 3-5 business days for my doctor to get my images. Two weeks later my doctor has not recieved the images. I called circle West ultrasound and they told me there was an I.T issue and they have a major backlog of images to send. So the reviews were true.
