Went there to get a wedding dress for my daughter. They were so polite, thoughtful and helpful. Had plenty of dresses to choose from along with accessories. Had a great experience and yes, she found the perfect dress!
Faye Egger, the seamstress, literally saved my wedding for me. She did miracle work on my wedding dress last minute- the week of my wedding! I had bought my dress from a different salon and recently moved to the Marshfield area. My dress was botched by a different seamstress from a different part of the state and Faye took on what I thought was an impossible task and made me fall in love with my dress again. Worst experience ever!!! They lost a bridesmaid dress and when reordered was completely the wrong size.. Lost all of the male measurements stating it was from there computers crashing.. When got the tuxes they were all the wrong sizes and were to short.. They had to ups the tuxes to the post office the day of the wedding and included the wrong pocket squares.. When called they never returned our messages!! What a complete joke of a business!!! Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT I RECOMMEND!!! Will be very disappointed!!!
We went there to get tuxes for the wedding. They not only lost the measurements but then tried to blame the guys for "not ever showing up." The owner, Jenny, is rude and insisted on blaming everyone else for their mistakes. I was in there twice; once to pick the tux up and the second to return all of the tuxes. We didn't even receive a hello but were instead greeted with "is everything all together?" What happened to customer service? I'm not sure but I can tell you it isn't at Circle the Date in Marshfield, WI!!
Took my daughter here today to get a Homecoming dress... she had pretty much given up on finding something. The salesperson who worked with us was amazing! So helpful and friendly! She had many options, and found the perfect dress! We will definitely be going back here for her prom dress!
Horrible horrible horrible!!! Don't ever go there for bridesmaids dresses!!! WAYYY to over priced and every dress that came in was 2 sizes to small!!! And they ordered them way to late and they messed up the one dress saying they had a color in it and didn't have the color at all!!! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for bridesmaids dresses!
