Got my car washed the other day. Was dry before I even left the lot because it was 95° outside. It looked horrible. Contacted them and waited, got ignored. Contacted again, still ignored. So now bad review. Edited to add, there seems to be a pattern where they respond when you leave a bad review and only then.
Good luck ever getting a call back if you have an issue. They take your money happily though.
Just went here early this a.m and got the golden wash for 17$ . The machine sprayed soap all over my truck and then just froze. Door opened and nothing happened . I had to go pay more money and use the manual sprayer and try to get the frozen soap off . 2nd time this happened
