I did the manual wash, and didn't read the instructions well enough. It charges $5 per 5 minutes, so if you go over 5 minutes you'll be charged $10. I did a 7 minute wash and got charged $10. My fault, I didn't read it well enough. The foam brush has a kink in the hose, which needs constant un-kinking while washing or the foam won't come out. Got my car washed the other day. Was dry before I even left the lot because it was 95° outside. It looked horrible. Contacted them and waited, got ignored. Contacted again, still ignored. So now bad review. Edited to add, there seems to be a pattern where they respond when you leave a bad review and only then.

Good luck ever getting a call back if you have an issue. They take your money happily though.
