Filled out an application, was emailed that I did not qualify. No reason given, emailed back asking why. More than a month later and still haven’t heard back. Horrible customer service.

I completed 2 surrogacy journeys with Circle. I delivered in April of 2018 and again in June of 2020. They are a wonderfully supportive agency, and every single employee makes you feel cared about and supported. They do an amazing job matching. I had the most incredible experience with Circle, all of my coordinators were very attentive to me and always available. I loved the clinic that they had me work with. I really felt cared about and important through Circle. I will donate as much as I am able to with them!
