Circle sewer service Collinsville Illinois replaced a septic tank on September 2018. We have had many issues regarding this installation process but since then we have discovered sewage water sitting in the inlet, outlet, and check pipes. We have had it inspected by the manufacturer of the tank and several other septic companies. ***** ******* started work on our septic tank replacement on aug 27, 2018. And since then I Never knew when he was coming or going. There was no communication. He Worked 35 hours in 3 weeks. Would not return my messages asking when he was returning. Let sewage run above ground in trench for 2 days. Put septic in ground too high so had to drill a lower inlet hole to match up with pipes from house so now it sits very high above ground.
