Terrible customer service from the bottom to the top. Until today I have never been laughed at trying to make a complaint to an owner.
being able to help them out and my Dad in town,out of town,Circle Sanitation grew SO BIG! They are all such very good people and they look out for others just like their Families , God Bless Them All..
Those guys are Great. We always had trouble with our lids blowing away after the 'other' service would not make sure they were locked down. With Circle Sanitation, they either lock the lids down or turn the can upside down onto the lid to make sure it doesn't blow away. Many years of great service. Thumbs UP!!!
Company statement via letter that trash to be put out by 7 AM, doesn’t pick up til after 11 for a couple months, out of the blue they start coming before 7, issue a complaint and they start coming even earlier, 6:13AM today Maybe notify your customers of that and hold your drivers responsible to adhere to company stated pick up times instead of telling the customer that they should place trash out the night before so wildlife can possibly get into it

Circle Sanitation provides good service in Drake. They will take just about anything people put out, including furniture, mattresses, boxes of dishes, empty boxes, old worn out yard stuff. The only exception is tires. If there is a problem, people can contact the city and the city will call and talk to Circle. There aren't very manyplaces you can put out the stuff people put out and have it picked ;up and not get charged extra. One of the neighbors often has garbage that animals have gotten into but the garbage guys pick it ... read more
