Like many others, they are withholding ridiculous fees from my security deposit. I paid to have the house professionally cleaned before moving out and provided a receipt. They charged me an additional $300 for cleaning anyway. They also charged $500 for wall repair. There were no holes in the walls bigger than a pencil eraser, and many holes were there when we moved in (and are evident in the pictures from the move in inspection).
