COLH made our process easy to go from fictive Kin to Fostering to now adoption - I would personally would like to thank Heather C. my foster case worker - who has always been a phone call away - she has made our transition so easy ! She is very good at her job .. Having her on our side along the way to adopting our first baby has been such a blessing . COLH is a wonderful agency. Our family is so blessed to have everyone at the agency by our side on this foster/adopt journey.
