I retained this service for neutral third-party child exchange support. Unfortunately, confidentiality expectations were not met, which resulted in unnecessary escalation involving Children’s Aid Society. CAS confirmed no concerns regarding my parenting. Services were terminated for cause. I encourage anyone considering this service to ensure clear written agreements and understand how confidentiality will be handled.
After 2 yrs of providing care as needed in my parents home , their needs progressed and my husband and I could no longer keep up. It became necessary to involve Circle of Care Support Services for mom and dad to continue with their wishes to stay put. It was a big life change for them to experience new people to help them.
