Oh my goodness, Dr. Amy is the best equine vet I have come across in 40 years. She was incredibly thorough, spent a ton of time with me and explained everything we need to think about for my 25 year old pony. She also send a two page document outlining everything we did and what to do going forward. I am so impressed. She seems to be extremely knowledgable about everything and is able to balance cost and medical necessity. I highly recommend her!
I just got off the phone with Dr. Norton, having been referred to her by our little buddie's cardiologist for in home euthanasia services. We reached out to discuss our options and/or need, un-trusting of our own sense of his suffering (or perceived lack thereof). Our little guy is leaving us, and we are so saddened by that, but after speaking with Dr. Norton about it, we are also SO RELIEVED and at ease with the idea that we can take our time with him and let him go in his own good time. Dr. Norton has been caring for my dogs for over 10 years. Every time we visit, or when she makes house calls, I am reminded of how kind and capable she is. My dogs are my closest friends and I love having a vet that I trust.
