Oil change service, check in and out and wait time was quick, waiting area is super comfortable and super clean.
I have been working with James Hirsch. He has been very professional and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I would recommend working with James and Circle BMW.
UPDATE: FROM 1 TO 4 STARS. Original issue is described above, and manager has contacted me to address the issue. I have gotten my car serviced here twice for oil changes, both times, no CarFax was updated. When called to ask for them to update it, they say they will, still nothing updated. Will maintain my car at other BMW dealer.
