When I moved to Virginia back in 2017 I was only living out of a travel RV trailer and needed a place I can comfortably live at without breaking Virginia law. I found this place and spoke with the property manager, Daniel, and he was super kind and up front and pointed out the lot that I would drop my trailer and hook up utilities. Nice place but terrible management there you can't do nothing
Very bad attention, that man in the office makes many applications and never accepts anyone and keeps the money from the apps, then buys the cheap trails and sells them very expensive, then says that automatically the park I accept you as they can have a person with such a bad education, customer service there.
My family and I been here over ten years and haven't had any issues. Friendly neighbors and staff. They stay on top of things and the Park looks good !!
