Prescribed the wrong prescription and could not get ahold of my provider. This is a lovely service, in theory, but certain things need to be ironed out (contact w/provider, buggy app, UI, and access to assistance when things do not go as planned, etc).
appointment got canceled randomly with no reason. extremely unprofessional.
This place hasn't been updated/remodeled in 50 years. Doctors are nice, though.
Run from this place. Extremely understaffed. Uncaring environment. Coming from a medical professional to another, this place lacks ability to care for anyone.
Clinic is run by uneducated staff (CNA) lacks leadership. Run from this place if you have a choice.
