I chose Circle Medical because I wanted a simple online prescription renewal and expected it to save time. Unfortunately, my appointment with Daniel Okoro was a very negative experience. He seemed irritated from the start and was rude for no reason. When I misunderstood him, he said, “I ask you questions for a reason,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. This whole team is a scam and I would save my money and go to a real professional place. I needed help with my serious medical problem, and they made an appointment charging me 179 dollars only to have the nurse not even doctor come on the call and explain me to the procedural process. Once I said okay I need time to decide if we go forward they ended the call and sent me an evite for the second session. NOTHING medical was discussed on the call and I was charged. Going on appointment number 4, keep getting pushed back to get treatment. Just costing me more and more money
Nothing but great things to say about Genhan Morel! Such a personable nurse practitioner, who made my follow-up appointment a breeze. Truly the only medical professional who didn’t make me feel like they were reading a script like a robot. 10/10 recommend. Such a nice woman.
