Update: i have sent screenshots over and over. No one is helping me from support. This reply is disingenuous. original: I was charged a $50 fee for a missed appointment on 10/10. I had rescheduled it on the 8th. However, it seemed the system reset and the appointment was back. I reached out to support, they say they saw my rescheduled appt and to refresh the appt. Had a virtual appointment, but no ability to contact anyone when prescription wasn't filled by my pharmacy. No communication.
I had an appointment. Logged on 10 minutes before the appointment time. The doctor was late (which is fine things happen) and as I was waiting, I got a notification that I cancelled the appointment and will be charged 50 dollars. Nobody will answer my messages. Happy to amend the review when this is taken care of.
tried to log in for 45 minutes straight and they wouldn’t send me a verification code no matter what I did so I couldn’t access my appointment and also had no way of cancelling
Had an appointment and told me they don't prescribe controlled substances over video appt and then charged me 150$
