If I could give zero stars, I would. I previously used Circle for years with no issues and a great provider. Unfortunately, recently my provider, Ashley Bailey, absolutely ruined my experience with Circle due to her lack of care, lack of expertise, and terrible communication. Circle Medical has been just as terrible as the doctor I saw through them—rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of patient needs. Terrible, their site lists my insurance and many others as in-network, turns out they are not in-network, deceiving tactics. Stay away
Everything convenient about this application becomes negated with the exasperation when trying to connect with customer support. Any request regarding mediation and the pharmacy, takes 24-72 hours.(they also don’t work on weekends). The request ticket gets sent to customer support, who routes it to your physician. This process itself takes a minimum of 1 day because everyone is on different time zones, (not USA time zones). The physicians are always fast, but customer support is not. I cannot express how grateful I am for every experience I’ve had with this group. Telemedicine is such an essential service, and Circle Med truly excels at it. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found my provider—she goes above and beyond to make me feel seen, valued and cared for. The doctor was nice and seemed like she did want to help. Unfortunately I’m suffering from intractable migraines that have now been going on for 5 days with no relief, I tried the medication sumatriptran prescribed and it had no effect. I experienced a bout of migraines years ago and the only thing that relieved them was Fioricet but they’re not allowed to prescribe because they see them as a controlled substance but they’re not controlled in Washington, Fiorinal which contains aspirin is controlled.
