Don’t waste your time or $$$$ they charge you for appointment then when you provide the requested information they don’t help you with a prescription for ADHD even if you have a Dr. referral.
I’ve had a really disappointing experience with Circle Medical. Recently, several providers I’d been seeing were suddenly out of network due to a recertification process with insurance companies. No notice was given, and I was forced to find a new provider for my monthly visits. Consistent care matters, and this kind of disruption shows a lack of concern for patient continuity and well-being. If I could give zero stars, I would. I previously used Circle for years with no issues and a great provider. Unfortunately, recently my provider, Ashley Bailey, absolutely ruined my experience with Circle due to her lack of care, lack of expertise, and terrible communication. Circle Medical has been just as terrible as the doctor I saw through them—rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of patient needs. Terrible, their site lists my insurance and many others as in-network, turns out they are not in-network, deceiving tactics. Stay away
Everything convenient about this application becomes negated with the exasperation when trying to connect with customer support. Any request regarding mediation and the pharmacy, takes 24-72 hours.(they also don’t work on weekends). The request ticket gets sent to customer support, who routes it to your physician.
